  • How is BCA different from other programs I’ve seen?

    BCA is a one-of-a-kind membership for executives and professionals providing career resources, training, and coaching. We’ve designed it to be your go-to resource for career planning, strategy, and support. As part of BCA, you have access to a comprehensive course library, a members only community, video tutorials, master classes, and an exclusive podcast. You can also attend live group coaching and Q&A calls to get any of your important questions answered. If you would like individual coaching too, you can select to join a tier with one-on-one sessions. BCA offers far more support than most other programs.

  • What are some of the courses in BCA?

    BCA includes courses on core topics within the areas of career growth, development, and change. You can access courses in our library on finding your dream job, landing your dream job, leadership, promotions, changing careers, excelling as a new hire, entrepreneurship, and more.

  • How much time should I commitment to BCA?

    That is up to you. BCA is created for busy, working executives and professionals. It is ideal if you can commit at least one hour a week to some aspect of the membership, whether that be working on a course, attending a live call or coaching session, or reviewing any of the other career training. All of our courses and trainings are designed to be actionable and easily digestible. There are no worries about falling behind! As long as you are a member, you can work on your own schedule.

  • What are your payment options?

    You can select to make payments monthly or annually. If you choose the Annual - All in on My Career Option, then you receive a discounted rate with savings, as opposed to paying for 6 months separately.

  • Can you tell me about the other BCA tiers?

    BCA offers two other tiers.   • If things change, can I cancel my membership?
